Test using WordPress Playground

View configuration API: Add a Reading settings field.
fbd7acd 
Adds a Reading settings entry to the form configuration returned for templates. The editor renders it as a link to the Reading settings screen in the front page template's summary panel.

Developed in #13266

Follow-up to [62547].

Fixes #65959.
